Why French Special?
French Special has been created not to add another French recipes website to all the existing ones, but to help you discover the French regions by their food. France is with the United States of America the only country present on all continents. Thus, it takes advantage of diverse climate areas to have an exceptional range of fruits, vegetables, plants, and spices to magnify its food.
If when you think about France's food, what comes first to your mind is the Eiffel Tower, the French baguette, and the wine, you definitely don’t know France at all. France it’s also the Cari from Reunion, the dombré of red beans from Martinique, the tourment d’amour from Marie-Galante and much more.
