Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (gas mark 6 or 350°F). Roll out the dough in a mold and prick with a fork. Sprinkle with butter shavings.
- Brown the Canadian bacon in a frying pan, then pat dry with a paper towel.
- Mix the eggs, crème fraîche and milk.
- Add the Canadian bacon.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour over pastry.
- Bake for 45 to 50 min.
- When it's golden, it's ready.
